How do I receive all SiteCollections of a SharePoint using the Client Object Model

Hi,

I want to get all the SiteCollections(all the current user has permission) by using the client object Model.

I only need their names and there URLs.

The really tricky thing is, I need a solution for SP 2010/2013/2016, online and on premise.

Maybe you can help me to my problem or at least give me a hint where to look at.
