SharePoint server 2013, IE 11, Office 2013, Windows 7
If we send some links in an email and click on the links, depending of how the link was encoded the opening behaviour is not the same. The files are in a library.
With the link 1 below, the file opens in Excel in read only view with the 'Edit Workbook' button as expected.
With the links 2 and 3, the window of the download manager displays. The download manager is in IE > Tools > Download manager.

'Interfaces Mobilité' is a folder.
Do you have any idea what configuration in IE (?) could cause this behaviour? Thanks for your help!
