Sorry, something went wrong. An unexpected error has occurred.

I'm in the process of testing an upgrade from SharePoint 2007 to 2013.  I copied/restored my content DB to a test machine, created a web app in SharePoint 2010, then performed the following to upgrade and attach the DB:

stsadm -o   addcontentdb -url http://yourwebapp:port -databasename yourcontentdb   -databaseserver yoursqlserver

I then removed the empty content DB, performed an IISreset, then loaded the page.  All our sites load in SharePoint 2010.  I then went through all the sites, added ?contents=1 to each address and removed all unused and errored web parts.

Next, I detached SharePoint 2010 from the DB, then created a web app in SharePoint 2013.  Next, I performed the following to upgrade/attach the content DB.

Mount-SPContentDatabase -Name DatabaseName-DatabaseServer ServerName -WebApplication URL

I have gone through all our sites and the all load, except for 1.  I get the following message:
Sorry, something went wrong
An unexpected error has occurred.
Correlation ID: 9085fb9b-9848-3062-bdcc-1e1b8d6c1a6a

Adding ?contents=1 still gives me the "Something went wrong" when I try to load anything under this site (I have shortcuts to some documents under a Shared Document library in this site and those give the same error, with a different correlation ID).

Anything I can dig up about this talks about a bad web part or time zone isn't set for the site.  Since I can't load the ?contents=1 page, I can't remove any web parts that might be causing this and I have set the time zone.

Any guidance would be appreciated.

Joel
