sharepoint 2013 autohosted sql azure aspect

hello

i recently started to developing autohosted apps in sharepoint 2013.i followed this tutorial http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/fp179902.aspx to create autohosted app which uses sql azure.on my localhost in works fine. but when i deploy it to office365 then i got error that 'database server is temporarily unvaiable'. any ideas why? is it constant problem or really temporarily?

I ask what is the sql azure server ? is it internal office365 sql azure?  how it is done?
