Users cant see files

Hello,

I have recently configured a Sharepoint 2013 server and have created some sites and document centers.

In the document centers, the users can see the folders I have copied in, but not the files themselves.
The users are members of the groups Members or Owners. The administrator account can see the files.

Any tips here?
Appreciate any feedback.
