After an upgrade from SP2010 to SP2013 users don't have access to their 'Mysite'.

When I log in with the system account I can see their sites. I already gave some users full control in CA=>web application manager => but these users still get the same error.

When I want to add user persmissons ( with the system account) on their my site, I got the following error :

When I enter the correct name of the user ( domain\username ), he takes it. But the users still get the same error.
The problem is only on the mysites, I don't have any other persmisson-problem on the rest of my SharePoint environment.
