which book to learn from

Hi all,

I really need to learn how to use and administer sharepoint.

The problem is im not sure where to start. Which book to buy etc?

Can anyone suggest a study guide for me? Im not too bothered about doing the MS cert but I just want to learn and better understand the product.

Any help would be much appreciated.
