Hello,Im using Sps 2013 enterprise, intalled on SQL 2012 + sp1 and Windows 2008 R2 x64 EN. I like to use functions of library like this content pop up:

But it dont work, I set up few content types in my Library, enabled dialog forms. Nothink, all time open Upload form.
Someone can help??
