Query Rule to match the suffix of a phone number

Hi,

I want to set a query rule that is fired when user is search a suffix of a phone number (for example 1234), and to create a tab "phones" that display results from user profiles based on that (to find relevant users that their internal phone number is those 4 digits).

Can someone help with the syntax?
