Sharepoint 2013 Blogs displaying an image with the post.

I Created a new blog in SharePoint 2013. I wanted to display an image on the top of every blog post.

Every blog post should be having an image column where they upload the images with the blog post and the image should be displayed with the post. 

Can anyone tell me any easy way to do this.
