I installed SSRS 2012 SP1 on 2 machines in my SP2013 farm. I also created the SSRS service application without any errors.
After this when I create a site collection based on business intellegence enterprise template and go into site collection features.
I don't see any feature called "Report Server Integration Feature"
I deleted the service application and recreated it ensuring that I tick the boxes against each web app. I also ensured the proxy of SSRS service app is connected to the web application.
but still there is no report server integration feature in the site collection features after creation of the service app.
Edit:: Funny thing is that if I go into the site collection features of the Central Admin I can see the report server integration feature.... but not in any of the sites in the main content web application.
I can see in the properties of the report server service application that it is connected to both the web applications (the ca and the content)
