We are attempting to use SkyDrive Pro to sync documents from our on-premises SharePoint 2013 server. Users logging in outside of our firewall - accessing the SharePoint site through a TMG 2010 reverse proxy, are often told that SkyDrive requires credentials, but then they click on the option to enter their credentials they are not prompted, but the warning message remains.
Also, when user log in while on our internal network and then take their PC outside of the network, they are also warned that the app needs credentials, but are not able to enter them, Exiting and restarting the SkyDrive Pro client appears to be the only way to resolve this.
Any idea what would cause this or how we could determine the issue?
