In the navigation area the Edit Links button is missing. Not too sure on when they disappeared. We had a consultant in doing some work for us and he wasn't sure either. Also, the browse and page buttons are missing from the ribbon. I am the site collection
admin. It is just happening on this site collection. The others have it.
