Unable to save site as template

Hello,

We had a site in sharepoint server 2010 and we have moved the data manually and when we try to save the site as template (subsite) we are getting error as timed out

From the ULS logs we got below info

1.       Failed to open the file 'C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\15\Resources\dlccore.en-US.resx'.
2.       #20015: Cannot open "": no such file or folder.
3.       Failed to open the language resource keyfile dlccore.
4.       Failed to read resource file "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\15\Resources\dlccore.resx" from feature id "(null)".
5.       Application error when access /_layouts/15/savetmpl.aspx, Error=Request timed out.
6.       Getting Error Message for Exception System.Web.HttpException (0x80004005): Request timed out.

Please help.
