We have a requirement where contributors can delete documents. However, they cannot permanently delete them. Hence, we need to restrict access to Recycle Bin such that only the site admin has access to Recycle Bin. This way no contributor can have access to permanently delete documents.
Is this possible using the site settings?
Any help is appreciated.
