Managing meeting in SharePoint 2013

Hi,

Applies to: SharePoint 2010

We have heard that there are no more Meeting Workspaces in SharePoint 2013. However the things should be managed through Team Site etc.

Well this is fine but the clients who are used to this type of working and will got through cultural change still need to have a dedicated site for their meetings.

Requirement: How can I create a new meeting and dedicate a site to this meeting by linking or associating to it? Can we have a feature like "Create a site/workspace" check box while creating a new event from Calendar?
