Hi, I've been having a discussion with some colleagues about the following statement from the a SP2013 technet article on the requirements...
"All servers that belong to a server farm, including database servers, must physically reside in the same datacenter. Redundancy and failover between closely located data centers that are configured as a single farm ("stretched farm”) is not supported in SharePoint 2013."

Does this mean that we can no longer create a farm in an environment where there are 2 VM hosts in different datacentres at different addresses in the same country? It seems very strange to me. Perhaps we are all interpreting this incorrectly.
