Hi,
In one of our SharePoint online sites, only one user is facing the below issue while editing an excel document from a document library. (The user doesn't like to download the file, where as he likes to edit the same just by opening from the document library).
We are sure that something has to be setup at the user level and not at the site collection / site level.
Can you please assist how we can rectify this issue?
Note: The concerned file is of 2 - 3MB and the site collection / site allows the upload of huge files that are of size >25MB
