How to Remove list item when approval status is rejected using SharePoint Designer Workflow

Hi,

i have two requirements like below

i have  created one approval work flow using shrepoint designer

1)

how can reduce no of user clicks to approve or reject items currently i am getting three click how can make it two click

like this

i) select item

ii) clicking approve/reject button in the Ribbon

iii) select the Radio button in model dialog box to Approve or reject

how can  reduce this steps to two click( showing button along with items , allow the user to click directly opening   approve/ reject model popup)  can any one provide  how to do it i should not use code

2)

how can i delete the  item if the approval status is  rejected. i should not use any custom code to do it can any one provide information .
