We have a Knowledge Management Portal which is running on Sharepoint 2013. We also have provided Lyns 2013 clients to the users for their collaboration. It is a requirement that the users should only be able to launch Lync from KM Portal but not from their PC's directly.
We have applied GPO's which will delete all shortcuts and hide all installation folders. The users are able to open Lync from Portal. The requirement that once the user launch Lync from Portal, it should automatically get closed once they close the KM portal
The users should not have Lync running without portal. Once the portal is closed the Lync should be closed automatically.
Please suggest how can we achieve this
