Unable to see companyweb after exporting/importing to another server

Hi,

I exported our WSS 3.0 companyweb using stsadm to a development environment, imported the .cmp file succesfully but I am still unable to see it when I navigate to http:/spdevelopment

In Central Administration > Application Management > Site Collection List  I can see that the website is there:

URL http://spdevelopment 
Title Companyweb 
Description Internal Web site 
Primary administrator: ********\********
E-mail address: ****@**********.com
Database Name WSS_Content

I have dettached/re-attached the DB, restarted IIS, etc. to no avail.

Any help is appreciated...Vlad
