Run workflow with another account on sharepoint 2013

Hi ! 

I know that exist "app step" on spd, for execute the workflow with elevated privileges. I'm looking for something equivalent for visual studio 2012. is it possible?

I say that, because everytime when i run a workflow 2013 created by visual studio 2012, it has the same permission of the requestor. From the start to the end
