installing a new sharepoint server

i already have a physical sharepoint server that i am using, but i want to create a new sharepoint server conserving all the webpages , workflowand  data that i have in the old one.

so i installed Sharepoint application on a new server , installed SQl server and restored the data that i backed up from the old one  and restored the IIS backed up from the old IIS server too but still not working. is there something missing on my work.

this is the first time i do it , dunno if its the right way or there is more easy way to do it.

i am using window server 2003, sharepoint server 2007.
