Wrong Domain Name in AccountName after User Profile Sync

I set up user profile and everything is working fine except manager/useraccount field.

I did use this command "$UPA = Get-SPServiceApplication –Id <GUID> and $UPA.NetBIOSDomainNamesEnabled=1 and$UPA.update"

NetBiosDomainNamesEnabled is true now.

Now some of people in UPS have right manager(silko\manageraccount) and some don't(perth\manageraccount).

Domain name is : perth.silko.com.au

bios name is :silko

silko\username

After NetBiosDomainNamesEnabled I did recreate the connection and full import too but no change.

Appreciate any help.
