How do you create new "Looks" in SharePoint. We used to be able to really design our web pages in SharePoint Designer, but it appears that SharePoint designer no longer allows for that unless you are into HTML programming. Our users (non-developers)
were often able to really design their own look at feel in SharePoint 2010. Has that ability gone somewhere else in Sharepoint now or is it just gone unless you hire a SharePoint developer?
