Delete file from site and Recycle Bin

Hi

I have a few errors in health analyzer with some Missing files

I found them (it was a Reporting Services dwp), I've deleted, also from site collection Recycle Bin but the error is still there.

I've found them in AllDocs table but now they had a GUID in DeleteTransactionId field (not 0x)

What sould I do to get rid of this Missing Server Side Dependencies.
