I can't see SharePoint site on Central Administration List after extending original

I had to extend my SharePoint because the default site uses Port 80, which I need for other applications.  After extending SharePoint 80, a new site was created that uses port 3621.  In IIS Administration, I stop the operation of SharePoint on port 80 and enable the new site.  Everything works fine, but now I need to alter the site behavior.

Why don't I see the new extended site in the list of Web Applications in Central Administration.  If I can can't see it how do I change settings?
