Survey Branching and Page Break

Created a survey using the built in Survey Application in SharePoint 2013.   Created the list while logged into the LAN using the internal server URL.  However, I need to make the survey accessible to external users.    When login from the outside the application is visible, but the branching and page breaks do not work.   Is there a work fix for this?
