Questions

A.  Is it permissable to install SharePoint 2013 Foundation on Windows Server 2008 where we have a datacenter licensing schema in place for our Windows Servers ?

B.  If SharePoint 2013 Foundation is installed on Windows 2008 servers, is it ok for associates that are licensed to access those servers also access the SharePoint 2013 Foundation product without viloating any licensing requirements of Microsoft ?  (All users are in Active Directory and already licensed to access the Windows servers and Office 2010 Software)

C.  If our associates also access SharePoint 2013 Foundation using their smartphones  instead of laptops is that OK and within the licensing parameters set forth for Foundation ?

D.  If we have an MDM in place and it feeds documents from SharePoint to the remote associates who are in AD and licensed already to access our servers is that OK in the Foundation product without incurring any licensing costs at this time for Standard or Enterprise?
