Change the theme of all mysites in sharepoint 2013.

I would have thought this would be pretty straight forward but...

Any idea how i change the default white\blue theme within mysites to a default theme (Seattle) used across all other sites in SharePoint 2013?

I realise you can do this from your own individual site but i want to force this across the enterprise before user begin to set up there mysites.
