How to use Office web apps 2013 for SharePoint / Lync / Exchange 2013

Hi All,

Can we use single Office web app 2013 server for SharePoint / Lync and Exchange 2013?

We have SharePoint 2013 running now and we planned to migrate our Lync (2010) and Exchange (2007) to version 2013 , i would like to use Office web app 2013 server for SharePoint 2013 now , is that possible can i use the same office web app server for Lync and Exchange 2013?
