I am fairly new to SharePoint so please forgive the newbe question.
I have been granting owner rights to the sharepoint websites to all the users. Now I need to tighten that up a bit and reduce the access privileges for most of the users. I moved the users from the owners group to the members group, but now the users can not share a file through a link, that part is grayed out. I went into the permissions > edit permissions, but I cant seem to locate the ability to share a link permission, below is what is listed. How can I enable users which belong to the members group to share documents via link with people both inside and outside of the organization?
