Hi,
One of the main uses we would like Sharepoint to be for is a place to keep a lot of personal information. What i'd like to do, is have an interactive form with 9 or 10 fields that can be filed out then uploaded to a centralised table/database. Would be good to have a field to be able to upload a document to also.
Is this possible and does anyone have any idea on how i would go about implimenting this?
