Your backup is from a different version of Windows SharePoint Services and cannot be restored to a server running the current version.

Hi All,

I've the content backup file of sharepoint site. And, I am restoring the content to another sharepoint site through stsadm command. When performing those task i am getting below error message.

Error:

 “Your backup is from a different version of Windows SharePoint Services and cannot be restored to a server running the current version. The backup file should be  restored to a server with version '12.0.0.6661' or later.”

can any onle help me how to upgrade the server version # to 12.0.0.6661 or later?

I am using Microsoft Office Server 2007 with the version 12.0.0.6510 now.
