Can we disable saving pages from browser for our SP site ?

Hi, 

We have a very confidential site built in SharePoint 2013. Though we have restricted the permissions, but users can still save the pages from IE "File --> Save As"option to their desktop. Which they can retain even when their permissions are revoked. 

Can we disable this Save option ?
