To be honest this one has me stumped. We have a SharePoint 2013 Enterprise environment with an Office Web Apps server. Some users (myself included) are having an issue when editing an Excel sheet in the web apps. The arrow keys do not function as they should. For instance:
Right arrow - Moves left one cell
Up arrow - Moves to start of row
Down arrow - Moves up one cell
Left arrow - Moves down one cell
The insert, page up, page down, etc. all function incorrectly as well for the same users.
I have verified that all users are using the same version of internet explorer (IE 11). Have tried with and without compatability view settings. The person sitting next to me it works fine for, if I use Chrome it works fine, although other functionality does not, so I'm at a bit of a loss. Any suggestions and/or questions would be appreciated. Thanks much.
