So i'm a little confused on how exactly the Task aggregation is working. On each users tasks window, all tasks from PWA show as expected. However I can't seem to get any other tasks to show outside of the top level SC of the web application that I have published the PWA instance. if I put a task in a task list on another web application, it does aggregate. If I put a task in a task list on another site collection in the web application it does not aggregate as well.
