Hello, in my business my users want an arrangement where they can work in Outlook for their business development activities using calendar, tasks and contacts which are sync'ed with a SharePoint site. Now SharePoint 2013 has a sync option at a list level.
But my users want to know that instead of going into each task list, contact list or calendars and let's say there are about 50 of them and clicking on "Connect to Outlook" for each, can there be an option where they open the site and can sync all
those lists with their Outlook at once? If there is no such OOTB feature available to achieve this, neither is there plan in the future, is there at least a Microsoft Outlook plugin that they can use? As you may understand that in a team of 50 users, each
of whom has to go in to 50 different lists in a site and connect each of them to Outlook, it is not quite a user friendly set up. Any alternative solution would also be acceptable as long as it clubs the entire activity to a simple one time sync. Please advise.
