We are using the 2010 workflow engine in our 2013 farm and are using a Nintex Workflow. Since we don't leverage the new 2013 WF engine I thought it appropriate to post here. I have a group of users who need to view both Completed and Active workflow tasks. They have contribute permissions on the list but are not able to drill down to see the details of the Active tasks. They are able to drill to the details of the completed tasks. What is the minimum permission they would need in a custom permission level to be able to drill into the Active Tasks? Rumor has it that the "Manage Lists" is required but it's hard to believe that I have to give an external client the ability to delete a list in order to view an active task!
