My site is a subsite of a top level site. I am a user with full control site permission of my subsite. I do not have access to my top level site. I am not able to view all the built in webparts..Can a owner of the top level site grant me permissions to import all the site built in webparts...is there any other way apart from becoming the member that I can get the top level site gallery.

I am the owner of a top level site. I created a subsite under my site. Now I have a user whose has full control access to this subsite but is not a member of the top level site. Now I want to make all the built in webparts(that i have on my top level site) available to this user and make it available to this site. How should I go about doing that?
